Web Designer / Content Manager

Project Description:
The Crib, a St. Mary’s County, Maryland nonprofit organization providing case management and support services for single parents in critical situations (such as homelessness, unemployment, lack of education, and lack of family support), is looking for a volunteer or volunteers to help us redesign and manage our website. The redesign will include working with our staff to rewrite content and updating the layout and look of the site. We are also looking for someone to join a core of volunteers for the organization by taking on the role of website content manager and maintaing the website, making changes as needed and finding creative ways to promote the site. The organization is located in Maryland, but these positions can be filled from anywhere. The Crib was founded in Los Angeles in 2002, and has been in operation in St. Mary’s County, Maryland since 2008.
