Donors Needed for Back to School Drive!

School may not even be out for summer yet, but fall is around the corner! SAY San Diego is kicking off its annual Back-to-School Drive, and we need your help! While most of San Diego's children will have shiny new shoes and backpacks filled with all the supplies they need to succeed, thousands more still need the basic supplies we tend to take for granted. Their parents worry about the cost and feel terrible about asking their children to forego the new "back to school" gear that is advertized all around them. When children arrive at school empty-handed they feel embarrassed and less confident about the start of a new school year. ThankfullyYOU can help! Are you ready to participate? -Host a donation drive at your place of business. -Purchase or collect gifts from the Back-to-School wish list. -Make a financial or gift card contribution. We'll do the shopping for you! Wish List: - Pencils and pens - Binders - Calculators - Erasers - Glue Sticks - Highlighters - Pocket Folders - Spiral Notebooks - Wide and College Ruled Paper - Crayons - Glue - Rulers - Notebooks - Pocket folders The drive will take place July 9th to August 10th.
