Project Description:
Mission Graduates’ Tutoring Center does not fizzle out in the summer heat (or lack thereof here in San Francisco). No, my friends. Rather, we put on a dazzling, fun-filled 5-week summer program, and we need your help! Mission Graduates summer program will run from June 11 - July 13, Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 each day. We seek volunteers to help with our academic and recreational activities which we plan for the days on Mondays - Thursdays as well as volunteers who can commit to day-long adventures for our Friday Field Trips throughout the city and the Bay Area. Mission Graduates is a non-profit located in the Mission District of San Francisco dedicated to increasing the number of Mission students who are prepared for and complete a college education. Our Summer Programs serve children in grades K-5.
